✓At least 4–7 years of supervisory or program management experience.
✓Demonstrated experience managing federal/state grants and program budgets.
✓Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and victim advocacy principles.
✓Certification or training in domestic violence or sexual assault advocacy.
✓Experience in Coordinated Community Response (CCR) models.
✓Experience with Lethality Assessment Program (LAP) or other high-risk intervention frameworks.
✓Experience with Risk Identification and Screening, Multidisciplinary Response (MDT) models, High-risk Case Review and Triage, Safety Planning and Advocacy Intensification, Information Sharing Protocols, and Accountability and Offender-Focused Strategies.
