AcutePet Urgent Care is seeking veterinary client care representatives to join us in opening a new urgent care center in White Oak, OH. At AcutePet Urgent Care, our DVM founders and owners share a combined 60 years of veterinary experience as clinicians, hospital creators, and executive operators. Our leadership team is comprised of professionals with extensive veterinary experience. We are reimagining the current veterinary landscape with an employee-centric focus where teams feel valued, respected, and heard. Our DVMs will help provide a seamless connection between primary and emergency care, changing how veterinary care is sought and delivered.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates are passionate about providing colleagues, clients, and pets with great experiences, especially in an urgent care environment. Previous client service experience in an animal care setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Up to six weeks of paid parental/adoptive leave.

• Compensation includes $17-22 hourly base pay, plus eligibility to participate in our all-staff profit sharing.
• Ongoing training and continuing education.
