About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a skilled Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR Team. Your responsibilities will include full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, senior management and clients to facilitate the seamless recruitment and onboarding of new team members. You will also be involved with projects in relation to recruitment such as process improvement and employer branding initiatives.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Study and understand job descriptions to write effective job advertisements
- Advertise job openings on external channels such as Acxelsus' careers page, social media, and various job boards
- Post current openings on internal communication channels to encourage internal applications and referrals
- Extract all resumes from job boards and upload to the applicant tracking system, contributing to the growth of the applicant database
- Paper screen new applications
- Conduct initial interview via phone call, virtual meeting or in person
- Ensure real-time tagging of candidate status on the database
- Update candidate information based on the initial interview and take note of the necessary information
- Coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders for the scheduling of interview
- Prepare resumes and candidate information for endorsement to hiring managers and clients
- Send interview reminders and guides to candidates
- Conduct a soft offer to negotiate on salaries and work arrangements
- Prepare and extend job offer letters and contracts to selected candidates
- Send launchpads to starters and assist in the completion of pre-employment requirements
- Endorse for pre-employment medical exam and background checking
- Collect all pre-employment documents and ensure proper filing to the HR shared drive
- Ensure constant communication with starters; provide assistance and answer inquiries
- Assist during the new hire induction and ensure all requirements are completed before start date
- Ensure proper candidate communication across all stages
- Send out email updates for application status and rejection emails
- Provide referral status updates to referring employees on a regular basis
- Update internal trackers and systems
- Prepare and send out recruitment reports
- Assist with various recruitment projects as necessary
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in recruitment
Requirements
~1 min read- At least 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably with experience in an offshore staffing company
- Experience in sourcing both passive and active candidates
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Knowledge in various job boards and applicant tracking systems
- Persistence and grit in finding suitable candidates
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation skills and sound judgement
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
