CNA – Hospice IPU – Days

• SCHEDULE: 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts - 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM - Includes every other weekend and 3 holidays per year
• LOCATION: Barrington, IL.
• Pay Range: $19-$26/hour - based on experience

• →Provide personal care to hospice patients in the inpatient unit
• →Assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, and linen changes
• →Ensure patient comfort and safety, including proper use of equipment
• →Observe and report patient condition and any changes to the RN
• →Document care provided in accordance with policies and standards
• →Support patients, families, and visitors with professionalism and compassion

• Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois
• Active listing on the state nurse aide registry with a clear record
• Current CPR certification
• At least 18 years of age (or as required by state law)
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle or reliable transportation preferred
