Manage critical care patients in an open ICU setting as needed. Perform common emergency procedures (e.g., suturing, intubation, central line placement). Collaborate with two mid-level providers (PAs/NPs) for team-based patient care. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the Meditech 6.1 EMR system.
