Licensed Dietitian

Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Dietitian to provide services at a facility in Glasgow, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will assess nutritional needs, support care planning, and ensure that the facility’s residents receive appropriate nutritional care in accordance with clinical and dietary standards. Responsibilities: • Assist in the operations of the clinical dietary services and ensure all dietary needs of residents are met according to individual care plans. • Work closely with the Director of Nursing and the Food Service Manager to plan, implement, and consult on dietary services. • Conduct patient charting and nutritional assessments, ensuring all dietary needs are met and documented in resident records. • Consult with medical and clinical staff regarding nutritional therapy and participate in treatment planning. • Ensure nutritional standards meet applicable health regulations. • Provide in-service training to staff and participate in the development of resident assessment protocols. • Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including accrediting and regulatory requirements. • Maintain adherence to professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
