Respond to transfer center calls and ER calls in a timely manner, documenting plan within 30 minutes. Manage after-hours calls from outpatient cases, providing phone consultation. Perform hand-off/sign-out to incoming physicians. Cover emergency and urgent neurosurgical cases, referring non-emergent cases to BMG surgeons.
