Occupational Therapist (OT)

Adelphi is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school occupational therapy services in a school setting in Yuma, Arizona. The ideal candidate will assist/provide evaluations, direct and consultative therapy, and IEP-related support services to students in accordance with school district requirements while supporting student educational access, motor skill development, and continuity of care. Responsibilities: • Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for students. • Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services based on student needs. • Develop recommendations, goals, accommodations, and interventions tailored to individual students. • Support students in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory-motor functioning, visual-motor skills, self-care, positioning, accessibility, and participation in educational activities. • Monitor and document student progress throughout the course of services. • Participate in IEP meetings and other student-related meetings as requested. • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, administrators, and other service providers. • Prepare required evaluation reports and maintain accurate service documentation within District timelines. • Coordinate schedules and service delivery with designated District personnel across assigned school sites. • Any other duties as assigned.
