Physical Therapist (PT)

Adelphi is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to provide school physical therapy services in a school setting in Yuma, Arizona. The ideal candidate will assist/provide evaluations, direct and consultative therapy, and IEP-related support services to students in accordance with school district requirements while supporting student mobility, educational access, and continuity of care. Responsibilities: • Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments for students. • Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services based on student needs. • Develop recommendations, goals, accommodations, and interventions tailored to individual students. • Address mobility, positioning, access, gross motor functioning, and participation within the educational environment. • Recommend or assist with adaptive equipment and accessibility needs when appropriate. • Monitor and document student progress throughout the course of services. • Participate in IEP meetings and other student-related meetings as requested. • Consult and collaborate with District personnel, parents/guardians, and other service providers. • Prepare required evaluation reports and maintain accurate service documentation within District timelines. • Any other duties assigned.
