Psychiatric Nursing Assistant (PNA)

Adelphi is seeking qualified Psychiatric Nursing Assistants (PNAs) to provide patient care services at a facility in Kaufman County, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide various patient care duties under the supervision of the Nursing Shift Leader and support the care and safety of hospitalized psychiatric patients. Responsibilities • Provide care to hospitalized psychiatric patients under the Nursing Shift Leader. • Assist patients with activities of daily living. • Monitor and record vital signs as assigned. • Monitor patients for safety and respond appropriately to emergencies. • Perform required computer data entry. • Follow established facility Standard Operating Procedures. • Comply with applicable Joint Commission and CMS standards. • Comply with applicable facility and agency policies, standards, rules, and directives.
