As a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, you will be the driving force behind designing and delivering modern customer engagement solutions.
Build innovative CRM solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform including Customer Engagement apps (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into intelligent, responsive applications using Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and custom development.
Develop customizations, plugins, and workflows to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Apply technical expertise to create applications that address specific customer relationship management challenges.
Enhance customer engagement, automation, and business processes through advanced customization and integration capabilities.
Use strong communication and problem-solving skills to engage clients, understand their goals, and guide them through solution adoption.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives, are future-ready, and deliver measurable impact.
Minimum 5 years experience with the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement ecosystem
Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and/or Marketing), with hands-on experience in customization and configuration.
Strong knowledge of plugin development using C# and .NET Framework, including registration, debugging, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for client-side customizations, form scripting, and web resources.
Deep understanding of Dataverse architecture, security models, and data modeling best practices.
Experience with custom workflow activities, business process flows, and business rules.
Knowledge of Power Platform integration (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) within Dynamics 365 solutions.
Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) and external system integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) including solution management, deployments, and DevOps practices.
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with debugging using Plugin Registration Tool, XrmToolBox, and browser developer tools.
Effective communication skills to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
Project management skills to manage timelines and deliverables
Adaptability to work on multiple projects and shifting requirements
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with both technical and business teams
Customer-focused approach and dedication to driving successful user adoption
Dutch and/or French native speaker, fluent in English (both written and spoken)
