This role is designed for a professional who can own marketing initiatives end-to-end, from concept to execution and performance optimization, while bringing structure, clarity, and direction to a growing marketing function.
The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and influencing across teams. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with strong visibility and the opportunity to shape how marketing operates and scales within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Direction & Marketing Ownership
- Contribute to the definition of marketing priorities aligned with business and revenue goals
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing strategies and initiatives
- Identify opportunities to expand reach, improve positioning, and drive demand generation
- Bring innovative ideas and campaign concepts that elevate brand presence and engagement
Integrated Campaign Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of high-impact, multi-channel marketing initiatives
- Ensure alignment across messaging, branding, and campaign objectives
- Coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and marketing functions
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource allocation
Execution & Operational Excellence
- Oversee the execution of integrated marketing efforts, including digital campaigns, content, and brand initiatives
- Ensure high-quality delivery, consistency, and attention to detail across all outputs
- Establish and improve processes, workflows, and operating rhythms within marketing
- Maintain a hands-on approach when needed to drive execution forward
Performance & Growth Focus
- Define and track KPIs aligned with business outcomes (pipeline, engagement, ROI)
- Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to drive continuous improvement
- Optimize initiatives based on data, trends, and business priorities
- Support budget planning and ensure efficient use of marketing resources
Cross-Functional Influence & Team Enablement
- Act as a key point of alignment between marketing, sales, and leadership
- Influence and guide marketing efforts across teams to ensure consistency and impact
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and clarity across marketing initiatives
- Contribute to the evolution and scalability of the marketing function
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for agency background or experience managing multiple clients/projects
- Proven ability to own initiatives from concept to execution and performance analysis
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and integrated campaigns
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in performance metrics and reporting
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority and navigate cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a MUST
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, and move between work areas
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 15 pounds occasionally (e.g., marketing materials, event supplies)
- Ability to attend meetings, events, and presentations as needed
- Ability to communicate clearly in person, via phone, and video conferencing
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including domestic and occasional international travel, as required by business needs

Work Location & Eligibility
This position is available in South Florida. Adistec does not offer relocation assistance.
This is a full-time position. Candidates must live in Miami-Dade or the Fort Lauderdale area.
Please note: We do NOT sponsor H-1B visas or provide H-1B transfers. Candidates must live locally in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area for this opportunity.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
