Analytics & Data Engineer

About The Role:
You'll join an analytics team that has long delivered data products and reports for sales, finance, and operations — as well as directly for clients. We're now expanding into data engineering and AI: automating data pipelines and building an AI agent to handle business queries. We're looking for someone who understands data from an analytical perspective, is comfortable in an engineering environment, and wants to grow in both directions.

Building and maintaining data models in BigQuery (staging → intermediate → marts)
Creating and automating data pipelines on GCP
Designing and developing reports and dashboards in Looker Studio
Contributing to an AI agent that answers business questions
Translating the needs of sales, finance, and operations teams into concrete technical solutions

SQL at an advanced level
BigQuery or similar cloud DWH
Data modeling
Python or another programming language (min. code literacy)
GCP (fundamentals)
Git
BI / visualization tool (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI or similar)
Understanding business needs and working with non-technical stakeholders
End-to-end ownership — you finish what you start
Fluent English & Polish

Dataform or dbt 
Salesforce as a data source
Experience with LLMs / AI agents
Data orchestration on GCP (Cloud Composer, Workflows)
Terraform / IaC
REST APIs (consuming and building)
