Join the Employee Experience team as a Compensation Business Partner, reporting to Adobe’s Director of Compensation. The role will support the Creativity & Productivity organization within Adobe. We’re looking for a strategic Compensation advisor who will raise the confidence of HR Business Partners and Managers by educating them on Adobe’s compensation philosophy & practices to help them make the best rewards decisions. You will help measure the effectiveness of our compensation programs to get results and reward great outcomes.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide compensation support to HR Business partners and managers in the Creativity & Productivity organization to solve compensation-related business challenges. Offer expertise to key collaborators including Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Rewards operations. You will play a key role throughout the year in supporting compensation programs for your client group and during the annual Rewards Planning process.
- →Provide input to compensation program owners to improve compensation programs and ensure programs meet business needs.
- →Respond to Talent Acquisition offer inquiries as needed.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Compensation, specifically supporting both Sales & Technical talent.
- Effective presenter capable of delivering data-driven insights clearly to different levels of management.
- Self-motivated to build the best final product/outcome for the business.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and consulting skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative great teammate
- Compensation experience in Tech
- Values and demonstrates attention-to-detail.
- Ability to engage and influence collaborators.
- Interest in analyzing data, with capacity to influence decision-making.
- Experience using Radford surveys, job matching, and pay range development.
- Excellent written skills.
- Ability to manage entire projects from start to finish (e.g., Job Architecture reviews)

In California, the pay range for this position is $147,900 - $214,200
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
