About the Role

Supervise and support adolescent clients during sessions, transitions, and breaks
Respond to escalated behavior using trauma-informed and de-escalation techniques
Greet families at drop-off and pick-up with warmth and professionalism
Handle front desk duties: phones, attendance, sign-in/out
Complete same-day documentation including wellness checks and incident reports
Escalate safety concerns and clinical flags to the clinical team promptly

Experience with teens in any setting — school, camp, childcare, or community
Bilingual: English and Spanish required
Calm, consistent, and professional under pressure
Knows when to escalate — never acts outside a non-clinical role
Pursuing or holding a degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferred; experience considered
