This role will be part of ESI Netherlands Managed Services payroll team, which is responsible for managing end-to-end client payroll. The payroll specialist must be able to understand and follow the rules documented in the payroll processing manuals, Payroll Calendar and other related documents for ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll for the Clients in Netherlands. This role requires frequent interfacing with various teams primarily with, End client, Client Account Manager, BU Salary Administrators and internal support teams. This role also requires working simultaneously on various web based as well as standalone applications to ensure accurate processing of payroll for our clients.
Strong experience in running payroll and good understanding of Payroll Processing Methodology (Experience in E2E payroll, especially EMEA region)
Manage clients payroll, end to end from input to month end reporting. Meet all pre-defined SLAs.
Coordinate with the client on a daily/periodic basis
Resolve issues pertaining to the payroll and provide absolute solutions for various queries posed by the client
Assist Implementation team in testing UAT scripts in pre live stage as applicable
Coordinate with other teams and work towards smooth functioning of the payroll
Escalations to immediate supervisor at appropriate times and keep them updated on operational aspects
Share best practices amongst the team

##LI-DNIStrong understanding of End to End payroll & EMEA specific payroll guidelines and compliance policies Responsible for generating payroll reports to analyze, audit, reconcile and verify data. Ensure that the client data is built on ADP system in accordance with defined needs (in liaison with Payroll Specialists and / or by defined procedure as applicable Works closely with colleagues and BU partners to identify, learn and develop new tools Strong communication and cross-cultural skills to collaborate with international team members Receives and modifies files, evaluates data, and balances any quantitative data to client provided totals. Participate in ongoing training sessions on company protocols for international payroll management and client services for the first 3-6 months of initial start date. Assists with internal projects and working alongside other departments to achieve companywide goals while training on Celergos processes and protocols. Works effectively within the team to ensure all department deadlines and payroll deadlines are met. Works with the assigned ADP project team and client requirements to ensure the accuracy and overall effectiveness of the data conversion. Continuously identifies ways to improve quality and assist team in implementing the quality initiatives Take ownership of issues & gaps between client requirement and ADP Platform and work with other Teams/Team members to resolve them Proficient in MS Excel Good verbal/written communication skills Very good Analytical / Problem solving and decision-making skills Flexible, adaptable, proactive and self-motivated Utilize the non-peak time effectively to prepare for the challenges of peak period. This includes upskilling on the multiple tasks performed in data conversion Remains up to date on current and emerging technological trends
