GL Implementation Specialist I

Ensure Quality Implementation: Be responsible for the quality implementation and setup of ADP's General Ledger Interface (GLI) for WFN users (or clients). Assess and Configure Needs: Analyze, configure, and understand the clients HCM requirements to properly set up the clients General Ledger Interface (GLI). Train, Test, and Validate: Conduct training, testing, and validation with the client before participating in the first go-live. Manage Client Accounts: Oversee various accounts from project initiation, supporting the client through all phases of the implementation. Handle Risks and Escalations: Manage project risks and escalations to resolution. Follow Up and Resolve Issues: Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open project-related items. Meet Milestones and Deadlines: Ensure project task milestones and due dates are met. Achieve Customer Satisfaction: Strive to achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes. Collaborate for Success: Work collaboratively with customers and team members to achieve desired project results. Responsible for conducting analysis of complex client financial reporting requirements including chart of account(s), output file layout(s), accruals, burdens and related financial accounting information Determine functional (configuration) and technical (output file layout) design in order to implement solutions. Coordinate company structure decisions to meet payroll, time and attendance and GL requirements. Completes complex GLI projects as assigned, utilizing defined GLI team processes, tools and deliverables to implement functional design solutions for various implementation project tasks.Previous experience working directly with clients performing an implementation or consulting role Strong MS Office Skills (Word/Excel) required Effective communication skills in English, verbal and written. Proven experience working directly with clients. Exceptional client management and strong interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently, resourceful, and a strong team player Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Skilled in organizing, scheduling, and leading effective meetings. Knowledge of Accounting Processes, Accounting Concepts and previous Payroll experience is an advantage. Adept at multitasking, probing, analyzing, and solving problems. Meticulous attention to detail with strong follow-through. 2+ years of experience in HCM or a related field.
