We are seeking a detail-oriented and Data Audit & Research Analyst to support Billing auditing, issue resolution, and client research activities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing complex datasets and collaborating across multiple teams to drive resolutions. Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and supporting stakeholders during 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST business hours. Key Responsibilities Perform data audits to identify inconsistencies, errors, and process gaps across various datasets. Conduct root cause analysis and research to resolve data and operational issues. Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and key client identifiers. Review invoices, contracts, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to investigate issues and implement corrective actions. Support client research activities and provide data-driven insights to improve business processes.

Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to work with large and diverse datasets.
