The Service Delivery Consulting Manager - Recruitment Advertising is responsible for the strategic management and operational performance of recruitment advertising programs across a portfolio of client accounts. This position serves as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders by leveraging market intelligence, data analysis, technology, and industry expertise to drive advertising effectiveness, optimize program performance, and support business growth. The role is accountable for client relationship management, operational excellence, performance reporting, financial stewardship, team leadership, and continuous innovation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic lead for a portfolio of recruitment advertising programs and client relationships.
- Provide consultative guidance on recruitment advertising strategies, workforce trends, market conditions, media investments, and optimization opportunities.
- Partner with clients to identify challenges, develop solutions, and enhance program performance through data-driven recommendations.
- Analyze advertising performance metrics, spending trends, and market intelligence to deliver meaningful business insights.
- Collaborate with internal technology, operations, implementation, sales, external vendors and product teams to support successful client outcomes.
- Participate in client business reviews, strategic planning discussions, and solution design consultations.
- Maintain strong relationships with industry partners, job boards, advertising platforms, and emerging technology providers.
- Monitor industry trends, product enhancements, competitive intelligence, and recruitment advertising innovations to bring new opportunities and best practices to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead client reporting initiatives, including performance dashboards, business reviews, program analysis, financial reporting, and ad hoc stakeholder requests.
- Ensure adherence to service level expectations and proactively identify operational risks, challenges, and resolution strategies.
- Forecast program performance, support financial management processes, and oversee monthly billing activities.
- Drive process improvement, operational efficiencies, and technology adoption initiatives that enhance service delivery and client experience.
- Collaborate with global teams to expand capabilities, share expertise, and support consistent delivery standards.
- Mentor team members while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Support resource planning, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment advertising, talent acquisition solutions, workforce technology, account management, consulting, or related fields environment (preferably within an RPO)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into business recommendations.
- Strong client relationship management, consulting, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and time-sensitive initiatives.
- Proven ability to collaborate across business functions and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
A college degree is great but not required. What is more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
- Experience noted above, OR
- Military experience (NCO+) where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
