Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Our partners TrustGuru – a digital compliance and cybersecurity management platform and consultancy helping organizations effectively implement NIS2, DORA, GDPR, and other regulations. 
Since 2018, we've been building automated solutions for organizational and legal compliance. Our goal is to reduce the time and complexity of achieving compliance and help companies move from "paper-based" to genuinely working security practices. 
They work with organizations of all sizes in Lithuania, helping them prepare for audits, implement processes, and maintain long-term compliance.

We're looking for a project-based collaboration – this is a contracting relationship, focused on working with clients on a project or long-term engagement basis.
 
What you'll do 

• Work with various clients as a fractional/external CISO on a project basis, helping them achieve real compliance 
• Guide organizations through the full compliance process 
• Conduct risk assessments and develop management plans 

• Perform compliance assessments (NIS2, DORA, ISO 270001, and others) 

• Help prepare and implement documentation (policies, procedures) 
• Participate in cybersecurity audits 
• Advise clients on processes and practical implementation 
• Work with the TrustGuru platform 

 
What we expect 

• Proven experience in a CISO or equivalent information security leadership role (required) 
• 3+ years in cybersecurity / IT 
• Familiarity with NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, or other frameworks 
• Experience with risk management and/or audits 
• Ability to work with clients in a consultative capacity 
• Clear, structured thinking 
• Strong communication skills 

Nice to have 

• Experience with compliance projects or audits 
• Hands-on work with ISO 27001, NIST, or similar frameworks 
• Certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) 
• Consulting background

Salary
Hourly rate from 25 EUR based on skills and experience.
