The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, improving, and optimizing forming and welding fabrication processes for highly engineered custom-made stainless-steel equipment. This position will support production teams by designing efficient workflows, implementing new technologies, creating tooling/fixtures, and ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and safety.

· Experience implementing cobots/robotics in manufacturing is desirable

· Experience with ERP systems

· Strong problem solving / analytical skills

· Knowledge of LEAN, Kaizen, Six Sigma or similar methodologies

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to read and interpret requirements listed on purchase orders, flow downs, customer contracts or internal documents.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud to very loud. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
