Role: Associate Attorney – Litigation

Compensation: $125,000 – $185,000, as established by the hiring organization

Responsibilities (as provided by the hiring organization):

Handle civil litigation matters from inception through trial
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Take and defend depositions and appear in court

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado, in good standing
Minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience
Experience taking/defending depositions and handling dispositive motions
Insurance litigation experience preferred, but not required
