What is the essence of the role?

As a Qualification Center Agent, you will be contacting candidates considering an MBA or Master’s degree who have registered for our higher education events worldwide. Your primary focus will be conducting outbound calls to candidates who have already signed up for our events to assess their English proficiency and other relevant skills. Following the events, you will also discuss additional higher education opportunities with selected candidates. In addition, you may be asked to support the delivery and facilitation of our online events.

What will your job look like?

• Conducting short telephone interviews with prospective students in English to evaluate and qualify their skills
• Providing candidates with relevant information regarding business schools’ programs and admission services
• Qualifying candidates as potential leads for both business schools and admission preparation centers
• Entering candidates’ feedback about our events into our internal software
• Participating in online events that are happening from the office

What do you need to be successful?

• At least 6 months of full-time work experience, ideally in a call center
• Experience with international communication would be a plus
• Excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Outgoing and results-driven attitude  
• Fluent written and verbal English is an absolute must
