Community Health Coordinator

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows based computer applications and database management [Required]

• Strong, polished interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills [Required]

• Ability to create statistical reports [Required]

• Ability to establish relationships between community contacts and the hospital [Required]
• Ability to accomplish goals and to meet deadlines [Required]
• Background in public health or community health [Preferred]

• Bachelor's [Required]
• Master's [Preferred]

• B.S. or B.A. in Public Health/Social Science/Social Work/Community Health
• in Public Health
• Experience working with community coalitions and/or stakeholder groups
• Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating community health promotion programs

• 1+ years experience in planning, management, and implementation of community health programs [Required]
• 2+ years experience in planning, management, and implementation of programs in the field of public health and/or community health [Preferred]
• Experience in Community Benefit, Community Health, and Health Education in the health care field [Preferred]

• Driver's License (DL) [Required]
