• Night Shift
• Assesses and analyzes the health status of patients comprehensively upon admission and on an ongoing basis.
• Formulates and updates individualized patient care plans based on assessment data in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team.
• Directs, implements, and coordinates patient care activities to ensure the delivery of quality care.
• Communicates and documents all patient care, including assessments, plans, interventions, patient responses, and follow-up.
• Transcribes and directs the implementation of physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Provides patient education based on assessed needs and evaluates understanding.
• Conducts ongoing evaluation of patient outcomes and documents the effectiveness of interventions and strategies.
• Adheres to nursing department standards, completes competency testing, and maintains current licensures and certifications.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and collaborate on needed policy and procedure changes.
• Demonstrates knowledge and awareness of the specific physical, psychosocial, and developmental needs of patients.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Basic computer skills [Required]
• Excellent human relations and oral/written skills [Required]

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

• 1+ of recent and relevant experience [Required]

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
• Trauma Nurse Course Certified (TNCC) [Preferred]
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) [Required]
