You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with diverse healthcare needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• →Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• →Provide skilled nursing care according to established protocols and physician orders.
• →Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• →Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
• →Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• →Manage equipment and supplies necessary for home health visits.

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse License.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
