• →Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the licensed Occupational Therapist.
• →Conduct occupational exercises and activities with clients, focusing on improving independence, finctional abilities, and quality.
• →Assess and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• →Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• →Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers, providing support and answering questions.
• →Adhere to all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards.

• →Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• →Current licensure as a Occupational Therapist in the state of Michigan.
• →CPR certification.
• →Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• →Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• →Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
