We’re looking for Physical Therapists who want to break out of the clinic and into real-life settings where your skills change lives. As an in-home PT, you’ll work one-on-one with clients to help them move better, recover stronger, and get back to doing the things they love.

Whether you’re a new grad or a seasoned pro, this role is all about connection, flexibility, and impact.

  • Travel to client homes and provide personalized physical therapy sessions
  • Assess movement, strength, and mobility challenges—and build plans that work for real life
  • Teach exercises, functional techniques, and modifications to reduce pain and improve daily living
  • Motivate and guide clients through recovery at their pace
  • Communicate with families and other healthcare team members to keep progress moving

  • You’re a licensed Physical Therapist (or graduating soon!)
  • You’re all about function, not just fixing symptoms
  • You enjoy one-on-one work and want to build real relationships
  • You’re flexible, independent, and comfortable managing your own schedule
  • You’ve got a valid driver’s license and don’t mind a little windshield time

  • Autonomy + support: You're in charge of your day, with backup when you need it
  • Work-life balance: You set your own hours (no late nights, no double-booking)
  • Meaningful progress: Watch clients improve in their own homes where it counts
  • Career development: Mentorship, CEU support, and chances to grow your niche (neuro, ortho, geriatrics—you name it)
  • Team vibes: You’re part of a group that’s kind, collaborative, and genuinely in it to help people

If you want more than a treadmill clinic job, this is your chance to work at human speed. Bring movement back into people’s lives—right where they live it.

  • A valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan.
  • Experience in physical therapy, especially in a home health setting, is a plus but not required.
  • Great communication skills and a friendly demeanor that connects with patients and their families.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • A desire to learn and grow in your role, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
  • 401K Retirement Plan
  • Ability to earn PTO
  • Medical Benefits Available for all 30+ hourly employees
  • Excellent Pay
  • Flexible Schedule!
  • Employee Appreciation program
  • Rewarding Work Environment
  • Paid General Orientation
