Responsibilities

  • Building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and caregivers
  • Creating schedules that keep everything running like a well‑oiled machine
  • Supporting caregivers, mentoring them, working the floor as needed and helping them shine
  • Ensuring care plans are followed, updated, and personalized
  • Communicating clearly with residents and families so everyone feels supported
  • Keeping documentation tidy, accurate, and stress‑free
  • Being the go‑to problem solver, cheerleader, and calm presence in the building

  • Experience in home care, private duty, senior living, or care coordination
  • A warm, upbeat personality that makes residents feel safe and valued
  • Strong organizational skills (you love a good color‑coded calendar)
  • Leadership skills that inspire caregivers to do their best work
