About the Role
~2 min readThis role is built for a versatile, high-judgment operator who thrives at the center of a fast-moving, premium travel business. Think of it as an Aero market launcher for the East Coast: you will be our Experience Manager’s right hand, keeping the Cabin and Lounge teams running smoothly, driving cross-functional initiatives, and jumping in wherever the business needs you most. You will also be one of Aero's most visible faces on the ground, working directly with some of the most discerning travelers in the world.
Partner with our West Coast based Experience Manager on cross-functional initiatives, including working with the Digital team on AI-driven scheduling optimization and coverage forecasting.
Daily scheduling support and management; handling sick call outs and ASAP requests from our Charter team
Support Experience Manager in building monthly schedules and optimizing coverage
Support with recruitment for East coast based Experience Leads.
Take on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as Aero scales its East Coast presence.
Serve as the primary Aero representative for departures and arrivals at TEB and HPN - the face guests see first and last on every journey.
Perform all duties of a trained Ground Support Coordinator (GSC) and screener per Aero standards and DOT requirements.
Greet, escort, and support VIP guests throughout the full departure and arrival experience, proactively resolving issues.
Represent the Aero brand with professionalism and poise in uniform and in every interaction.
Build genuine, lasting relationships with Aero's most valuable guests through consistent, personalized presence on the ground.
Communicate real-time operational updates and guest feedback to internal teams.
Experience working in guest-facing roles (private aviation or luxury hospitality preferred)
As this is a (DOT) safety-sensitive position as defined in 14 CFR part 120[1]: All prospective employees are subject to pre-employment testing and random testing throughout employment for the following drugs and their metabolites: Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opioids, and Phencyclidine (PCP)
Able to meet the physical requirements of the role: working on your feet for at least 8 hours; walking at a fast pace; moving, pulling, carrying, or lift at least 50 lbs; occasionally kneeling, bending, carrying, and assisting around the aircraft
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility and willingness to work a schedule that includes early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
Able to commute to/from TEB and HPN airports
Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
