Operations Finance Analyst

• →Analyze operational costs and provide detailed financial reports.
• →Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency.
• →Assist in month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• →Collaborate with operations and finance teams to prepare budgets and forecasts.
• →Track budget variances and investigate discrepancies, providing actionable insights.
• →Analyze cost drivers within the operations and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• →Monitor inventory levels, production costs, and supply chain expenses.
• →Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, procurement, supply chain) to ensure financial alignment with company objectives.
• →Evaluate the financial impact of operational decisions and provide recommendations.
• →Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data in ERP and financial systems.
• →Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time tracking of financial and operational metrics.

• →Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• →2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within an operations or manufacturing environment.
• →Good English skills (spoken and written).
• →Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• →Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• →Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
• →Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• →Knowledge of operational processes such as supply chain, production, and procurement is a plus.
• →Attention to order, quality, and accuracy.
• →Willingness to solve problems and take responsibility for work outcomes.
• →Collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team.
• →Initiative and readiness to seek opportunities to improve work results.
