Production Planner

• →Translate Master Plan strategic capacity requirements into executable production orders, MRO schedules, and manufacturing operations across Monitor/NetSuite ERP system.

• →Create and maintain production orders for robotic set assembly, MRO repairs, field materials, R&D prototypes, and equipment upgrades based on the Master Plan
• →Support production capacity tracking for assembly, metalwork, and QC resources against Master Plan demand
• →Coordinate materials for production, incl. repair materials and spare parts inventory management with Supply Chain team
• →Monitor and flag production bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and supply risks
• →Coordinate day-to-day scheduling and priorities with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Maintenance/Repairs, R&D, and Field Operations teams

• 1–2 years production planning experience in a manufacturing environment (machinery, equipment, or similar capital equipment), or a relevant degree with a strong analytical/technical background
• Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM), work orders, routing, and assembly line balancing concepts
• Understanding of capacity modeling and constraint identification
• Lean Manufacturing principles understanding (flow, takt time, bottleneck theory)
• Experience with NetSuite (considered as an advantage), Monitor G5 or similar ERP systems (or strong aptitude to learn quickly)
• Creating and managing production orders, inventory transactions, stock movements
• Ability to create and manage production orders, inventory transactions, and stock movements
• Comfortable extracting data and preparing basic reports within an ERP environment
• Willingness to learn capacity calculation and rough-cut capacity planning (RCCP)
• Awareness of production constraints and dependency relationships
• Ability to stay organized and adapt under pressure as daily plans shift
• Clear, straightforward communication with production and warehouse teams
• Interest in identifying opportunities to automate processes or apply data analytics to improve workflows
