Job Overview
At Aethos, we believe every great guest experience starts with the first interaction. We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a seamless and memorable booking journey. In this role, you will manage reservations, assist guests with inquiries, and ensure every detail is handled with care, delivering the warm, personalized service that defines the Aethos experience.
Manage all room reservations across direct, OTA, and corporate channels, ensuring accuracy in the PMS.
Handle guest inquiries, booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests with professionalism and care.
Ensure correct guest details, billing instructions, payment guarantees, and rate accuracy for every booking.
Coordinate pre-arrival communication to personalize the guest experience and collect key stay details.
Maintain and update travel agency, corporate, and guest profiles in the system.
Monitor OTA bookings, ensuring rate consistency and proper commission handling.
Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Accounting to ensure smooth arrivals and operational efficiency.
Maintain high data quality standards, preventing duplicates and ensuring accurate reservation records.
Support daily reservation operations through effective communication and handovers.
Previous experience in reservations, front office, or guest service within hospitality.
Knowledge of PMS and channel management systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and guest data.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of OTA platforms, billing procedures, and payment policies.
Strong organizational skills and teamwork mindset.
Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
