Deliver outstanding guest service by creating a warm, welcoming, and personalized dining experience.
Provide expert menu recommendations, accurately take and serve food and beverage orders, and ensure exceptional service standards.
Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented dining areas in line with Aethos standards.
Support stock control and ensure all service items are replenished and ready for operation.
Process guest payments accurately while following company procedures.
Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
Work collaboratively with the restaurant and kitchen teams, contributing to a positive, efficient, and guest-focused service.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Previous experience in hospitality is highly valued.
Passion for delivering outstanding guest service with a warm and professional attitude.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to high service standards.
