Recording fault incidents and "everyday" issues at the Centers, resolving small-scale issues, or assigning them to Contractors
→
Monitoring the schedule and progress of repair works and certifying the quality of their completion
→
Overseeing Preventive Maintenance activities and maintaining the schedule for each Center
→
On-site supervision of construction works, particularly when addressing schedule-related issues and monitoring Contractors
→
Representing Affidea on-site when procedural matters require the presence of a company representative
→
Recording daily malfunctions at construction sites and reporting them to Project Management for immediate resolution
→
Managing the Maintenance Incidents Recording Tool

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field

Excellent knowledge and use of MS Office

Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and Incident Maintenance Tools

Excellent command of the English language

Strong organizational and project management skills

Strong analytical and data gathering skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
