IT Project Manager

IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of owned projects, which includes managing internal resources and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets.  

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Cloud Migration, Integration and Automation projects. 

• • Managing and leading the project team 

  • Ensuring project’s deliverables are defined and agreed with Project Owner. 

  • Confirming feasibility of project delivery. 

  • Preparing UAT and Training strategy 

  • Handing-over project to Support 

  • Working with the PMO to facilitate process improvements to Project Management. 

  • Project planning and control including: 

    • Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan including resource plan, allocation and optimized utilization 

    • Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan 

    • Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary 

    • Resolve cross-functional issues at project level 

    • Manage project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary 

    • Monitor project progress and performance 

    • Provide status reports to the Project Owner 

    • Liaise with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management  

    • Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities 

    • Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs 

• BA/MA preferably with IT/Finance/Economics specialization 

• PMP or other certification in Project Management 

• 3-5 years’ experience in managing IT projects (infrastructure, software)  

• Fluent English 

• Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices 

• Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 

• Attention to detail, testing, and documentation 

• Ability to maintain good working relationships with third-party service providers and vendors 

• Strong oral and written communication skills 

• Ability to work independently and under stress
