IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex logistics.

• →Project Coordination: Plan, execute, and oversee the relocation of staff and IT equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• →Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various departments, including IT and facilities, to ensure smooth transitions and address any concerns.
• →Logistics Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• →Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
• →Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of IT equipment and services.
• →Compliance: Ensure all moves comply with company policies and relevant regulations, including data security and health and safety standards.
• →Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the relocation process.

• Leadership: Inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
• Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

• IT Infrastructure: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
• Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT equipment and systems.
• Vendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Documentation: Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to create detailed project plans, reports, and technical documentation.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in IT project management, preferably with experience in managing relocations or similar projects.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
