  Coordination and supervision of technical, plant and infrastructure activities across the centers, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

  Management of energy efficiency initiatives, consumption monitoring, and relationships with energy utility suppliers.

• →

  Supervision of systems and coordination of new diagnostic technology installations in collaboration with leading industry players.

• →

  Planning and management of maintenance activities, refurbishments, and new projects, including budget evaluation and control of timelines, costs, and quality.

  Acting as a liaison with internal functions and external suppliers to ensure safety, compliance, service delivery, and operational support for the centers.

• Excellent knowledge of basic IT tools and good command of the English language. Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel;

• Availability to travel and operational flexibility;

• Basic knowledge of quality system standards and certification processes;

• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.

• Nice to have: knowledge of regulations related to the prevention and protection service, risk assessment, fire prevention, and activities subject to Fire Brigade/Fire Department inspections.
