Responsibilities

The candidate will be part of the HR Department, supporting the Training Responsible.
In particular, she/he will:

→
Support the organization and coordination of internal and external training courses;
→
Manage training calendars, invitations, attendance tracking, and training-related documentation;
→
Support the communication of training initiatives to employees;
→
Collect and monitor participant feedback and training reports;
→
Manage the entry and updating of training activities in the Zucchetti HRIS system;
→
Contribute to optimizing document management and digital archiving within the Zucchetti HRIS system;
→
Assist in preparing reports and data extractions for the analysis of training activities;
→
Collaborate with the HR team on Learning & Development projects and initiatives.
