We’re looking for a Social Responsibility Lead with proven expertise and leadership in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Indigenous Reconciliation, and community engagement strategies. This role is designed for a purpose-driven leader who can turn strategy into meaningful, measurable impact, and who has experience leading complex initiatives, by building strong community partnerships.     What you’ll do Leads the development and management of ESG and community initiatives across the organization, responding to inquiries, sharing insights, and promoting awareness and understanding of programming. Supports the development and implementation of initiatives related to Truth and Reconciliation, equity, diversity, and inclusion as part of broader ESG commitments Develops and leads strategic relationships with community organizations, partners, and key interest holders to advance shared objectives and long-term community impact Leads the execution and oversight of complex and multi-year sponsorships, including those with significant financial investment, ensuring strategic alignment, budget optimization and effective implementation across the organization.
