Jr People Data Analyst
Quick Summary
Assist in collecting, organizing, and validating information from different HR areas. Provide support in testing workflows, automations, and internal systems within the department.
Provide operational and analytical support to the HR Analytics & Projects area through dashboard maintenance, information validation, process documentation, and support for automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Examples of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and validating information from different HR areas.
- Provide support in testing workflows, automations, and internal systems within the department.
- Collaborate in the implementation of tools that help reduce time, manual errors, and rework in HR processes.
Technical Skills:
- B2 English proficiency level
- Intermediate Excel and Power BI skills
- Information validation and analysis
- Data logic and basic troubleshooting
- SharePoint and HR digital tools management
Experience:
Academic experience or internships focused on data analysis, KPI management, process automation, or data visualization tools. Experience in administrative areas, HR, or continuous improvement is desirable.
Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering degree focused on analytics, information technologies, or computer science.
