Manufacturing Engineer

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and contribute to operational excellence in our manufacturing processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Kardex/official academic record required.
• Must reside in Nuevo León.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

• 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Process, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing unionized personnel and professional staff.
• Experience implementing and improving manufacturing processes.
• Experience monitoring production metrics, productivity, and quality indicators.
• Knowledge of TL 9000 and ISO 14001 standards.
