This role targets Senior RPA Engineers with strong banking domain expertise, combining requirements engineering and automation development responsibilities.
While the ecosystem is centered around UiPath, we are equally interested in candidates with strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate) or similar, who can transition into UiPath.
The role is highly focused on document processing and intelligent automation, and offers exposure to next-generation agentic AI capabilities, making it particularly attractive for professionals looking to work at the intersection of RPA and AI.
You will play a key role in identifying automation opportunities, translating business needs into technical solutions, and delivering scalable, production-grade automations.
We are looking for professionals who:
- Have strong banking/financial services domain experience
- Can bridge the gap between business and technology
- Enjoy working in process-heavy environments
- Are motivated by automation, AI, and continuous improvement
This role is ideal for candidates who want to move beyond traditional RPA and work with intelligent, AI-powered automation platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in RPA, workflow automation, or related roles
- Strong experience with UiPath or solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate) or similar
- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain
- Experience in requirements analysis, process discovery, and process modeling
- Hands-on experience in document processing / intelligent document processing (IDP) solutions
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure automation workflows
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, web/desktop apps, CRM/ERP)
- Solid understanding of SDLC, testing, and release processes
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
- Fluency in English
- Programming/scripting experience (e.g., C#, .NET, Python) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience with AI-powered automation and document understanding (e.g., OCR, classification, extraction)
- Exposure to agentic automation concepts (e.g., orchestration, AI agents, decisioning systems)
- Experience with Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse)
- Experience in enterprise banking processes (e.g., KYC, onboarding, payments, back-office operations) or other process-heavy domains such as logistics, operations, or customer service
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- German is a strong plus
