Customer Service Supervisor

In this role, you will guide daily customer order operations while partnering closely with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient service delivery. You will play an important role in supporting customer satisfaction, driving operational excellence, and helping team members grow and succeed. This position works closely with planning, sales, quality, logistics, and finance teams to support smooth order fulfillment from initial order through invoicing.
What you’ll do
- Lead and support a customer service team within an assigned area of responsibility
- Manage customer orders from order entry through invoicing while ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Monitor customer orders proactively to maintain strong service performance and customer satisfaction
- Partner with internal departments to resolve issues, remove delays, and support effective communication
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and increase operational efficiency
- Support reporting, order tracking, and revenue-related activities during month-end processing
- Assist with employee onboarding, training, and ongoing team development initiatives
What you’ll bring
- Experience leading or supervising customer service operations in a professional environment
- Strong background supporting customer orders, fulfillment processes, and issue resolution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with enterprise resource planning systems, customer relationship management platforms, and standard business software
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage escalations and support process improvements
