What We Offer
~2 min readAgri-Mark/Cabot Creamery has a full-time opening for a Laboratory Technician. 10-hour shifts between hours of 4a-5p. Flexible work schedule required, including rotating weekends, and working scheduled holidays. Pay rate starts at $26.15/hour.
Responsibilities include:
✓Perform laboratory tests on milk, finished cheese and whey products, environmental samples, and ingredients in a timely and accurate manner to assure that Agri-Mark quality standards are met.
✓Must become certified by the State of Vermont to perform all testing associated with the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (after training!)
✓Input of all analytical data into various software, as well as running reports and creating charts/graphs. Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite are beneficial.
✓Time management skills are a must.
