Planner Operator

• Good working knowledge of all pertinent manufacturing procedures
• Capable of working from blueprints and manufacturing operations and tooling instructions.
• Familiar with and/or willingness to train on the operation of all assigned equipment.

• Strong analytical skills are essential for troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, interpreting technical data, supporting maintenance activities, and optimizing equipment performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

• →Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals, procedure manuals and instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 
• →Able to follow established policies and procedures. 
• →Able to work independently as well as in a team environment on assigned projects/tasks and report to supervision the status of each as needed.

• →Complete pm’s weekly as generated
• →Be able to run and maintain the Planer system
• →Track and document data as needed

• →Familiar with and/or willingness to train on the operation of all Skilled Production operated equipment.
• →Maintain housekeeping and 5S of Mill/RE Area
• →Ability to solve broad scope of problems

• →Must adhere to the work schedule set by management, including any overtime scheduled.
