Luxury Developer Handover Manager

AHS, a leading name in luxury real estate development, is seeking an experienced and client-focused Handover Manager to oversee the seamless transition of properties from completion to ownership. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end handover process, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and delivering a smooth and professional journey for clients.

The Handover Manager will act as the key point of contact for buyers throughout the handover phase, managing communication, documentation, inspections, and property delivery processes while maintaining the highest standards expected from a luxury real estate developer.

• →Manage the complete property handover process from pre-handover preparations to final unit delivery.
• →Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the handover journey, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.
• →Coordinate and schedule property inspections, snagging visits, and handover appointments.
• →Guide clients through required documentation, payments, approvals, and handover procedures.
• →Maintain accurate records of handover status, client communications, and outstanding requirements.
• →Prepare regular handover reports, tracking completed handovers, pending actions, client feedback, and key issues.
• →Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
• →Manage client inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
• →Ensure all handover documentation, keys, access cards, and related materials are prepared and delivered accurately.
• →Monitor client satisfaction throughout the handover process and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• →Conduct property walkthroughs and ensure clients receive a detailed understanding of their units and facilities.
• →Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and service providers.
• →Support handover events, property launches, and client engagement activities when required.
• →Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and luxury service standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property handover, customer relations, customer experience, or real estate operations.
• Proven experience managing client handovers within luxury real estate or property development is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the property delivery and handover process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships, expectations, and escalations.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional presentation and ability to interact with high-net-worth clients.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures and regulations is preferred.
