Client B2B Cold Email Strategist

We’re hiring a high-performing Client B2B Cold Email Strategist for one of our most seasoned B2B clients. This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for generating qualified sales conversations and booked calls for their AI consulting and AI audit services. This role is not just for basic list building or email sending—we need a strategic builder who can completely own the outbound pipeline from scratch.

Their offer helps businesses identify where AI can reduce manual work, improve operations, support sales/marketing efficiency, and create measurable business value. Work Model: Remote | Independent Contractor

• ICP Strategy & Sourcing: Define and refine ICPs for the client's AI consulting and AI audit offers, identifying target industries, job titles, company sizes, and pain points.
• List Building & Enrichment: Build, segment, and guide highly targeted B2B prospect lists utilizing automated data pipelines.
• Infrastructure Management: Monitor and manage deliverability, domains, inbox rotation, email warmup, bounce rates, and overall domain health.
• Copywriting: Write strong, hyper-targeted cold email copy focused on business pain points rather than generic AI messaging.
• Campaign Execution: Set up, launch, and manage email sequences using advanced outbound tools.
• Testing & Optimization: Run continuous A/B tests on different ICPs, offers, subject lines, and email angles to maximize campaign performance.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track reply rates, positive replies, booked calls, and campaign quality, providing clear, data-driven recommendations.

• Proven experience running B2B cold email campaigns completely end to end.
• Deep technical understanding of cold email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox rotation, warmup, bounce rates, and tracking.
• Hands-on expertise with platforms such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Exceptional cold email copywriting skills that drive action and high positive reply rates.
• A proven track record of generating booked calls or qualified sales opportunities.
• Experience working with AI, SaaS, consulting, agencies, professional services, or B2B technology companies is highly preferred.
• Ability to provide transparent reporting and clear, data-backed optimization recommendations.
• Availability during Eastern Time business hours.

• Strategic & Data-Driven: You focus on highly targeted, quality outbound systems rather than just blasting high-volume, generic emails.
• Accountability & Ownership: You are comfortable using your own software licenses and handling the initial data scraping, domain setup, and tool infrastructure.
• Realistic & Execution-Focused: You understand how market conditions affect campaigns and adjust strategies dynamically to hit targets.
