• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

• Conduct detailed cost assessments and provide accurate project pricing.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including technical, financial, and operational risks.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.

• Manage IT projects involving AI technologies, such as generative AI, machine learning, or NLP.
• Ensure AI solutions are integrated effectively into insurance processes (e.g., claims processing, fraud detection, customer service).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, actuaries, data scientists, and business leaders.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and deliverables.

• Negotiate with vendors and external partners to secure necessary resources and services.
• Manage internal and external project teams to ensure alignment and productivity.

• Identify opportunities to optimize project management processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement best practices in IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on the insurance industry.
  • Proven experience in managing AI-related IT projects.
  • Strong background in budget estimation, cost analysis, and project pricing.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Scrum).
  • Experience with AI technologies and their application in insurance.
  • Strong understanding of insurance IT systems, such as policy administration, claims management, and underwriting systems.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
