Application Support (40%)

• Provide day-to-day production and UAT support, responding to user enquiries, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner.
• The team operates on a weekly support roster. If you are assigned as PIC, you might receive calls or messages at night or early in the morning to address issues.
• Perform application maintenance activities, monitor system performance, and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain application documentation including Functional Solution Documents (FSD), Technical Specifications (TS), and test cases.
• Execute functional and system testing for enhancements, fixes, patches, and upgrades.
• Handle direct user interactions for issue clarification, troubleshooting, and resolution in Production and UAT environments.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage regular patching, upgrades, testing cycles, and production releases.

• Deliver prioritized BAU and project-related work items, including support for new product rollouts and business initiatives.
• Manage the prioritization and execution of tasks across enterprise applications such as Case360, CIS, FPR, SDA, Contania, Unmehsed and LEAP (BPM & ECM wrapper).
• Participate into design, development, and maintenance of scalable BPM and Document Management solutions to improve business workflows and information management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, AIA offshore development centers, and external vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
• Proactively enforce quality standards across analysis, development, testing, and deployment activities.

IT Risk & Security (20%)

• Ensure timely completion of management action plans addressing internal and external audit findings, with no overdue items.
• Remediate reported security vulnerabilities within defined standard timelines.
• Raise exception requests for vulnerabilities that cannot be remediate within standard timelines and obtain required approvals before due dates.
• Ensure zero delays in mitigation or acceptance of critical, high, and medium IT risks within stipulated governance timeframes.
• Adhere to organizational IT security, risk, and compliance policies.

Other responsibilities and duties (10%)

• Carry out additional duties assigned by the supervisor to meet operational and business requirements.
• Ensure technical solutions are aligned with organizational strategy and architectural standards.
• Analyze the impact of application and technology changes on business processes and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Identify and propose cost-effective solutions that maximize the return on technology investments while maintaining service quality.
